Sehr schones Hotel mit guter und schnrller Anbindung in die Innenstadt

Wir waren im 10. Stock und leider war kurz vor Mitternacht aus der 11. Etage (Rooftop) sehr laute Geräusche vom Umräumen. Die Rezeption hat das aufgenommen, aber es hatte sich nur eine Nacht verbessert. Unser Wunsch nach 2 Paar Badeschlappen wurde nicht erfüllt. An 2 Tagen gab es keine neuen Kaffeekapseln. Uns wurde beim Checkin ein kostenloses Upgrade gegeben m. Beim Check-out sollten wird das Upgrade zahlen.
