I have stayed at hundreds of hotels in my life. Clearly one of the two worst. This is Quality Out, not Quality Inn. Filthy, door didn’t shut completely from the outside, stains on walls—who knows from what, sticky/unclean air, attempted to be masked by air cleaner or something. Felt unsafe and generally uncomfortable. I left after one night.

This place is pitiful! The front door looked like it had been kicked in at some point. The bathroom door didn’t close. When we got there, there was no water. Picked up the phone to call the front desk, phone didn’t work. People yelling and screaming in the parking lot at all hours of the night. I don’t recommend staying here.

The room had a bad smell, tv didnt work, and stains on the covers. Most of the lights didnt work The water never got hot so we couldn't wash our bodies, the moved us to another room and still wasn't no better, no hot water, no cleaniness of the room

Overall a good, cheap place for 3 nights in New Orleans. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Property needs some overhauls and remodeling.

My peace was disturbed at times. However I was able to make a room change. Place has roach problem and those mugs are huge! Aside from that clean enough for the price and you get continental type breakfast (yogurt, muffins,juice). Hot bfast are waffles. Confusing why there's a microwave. Oatmeal or grits packets wouldve been a fabulous add. Or at least some cream cheese in addition to butter or jelly for the bread you can toast. Would I come back-possibly for a shorter stay.
