Clean and location

I was assigned to room 310 where the TV doesn’t work. After waiting for another room, staff and I could not get the TV to work in that room either, so I went back to the original room. All of this was very disappointing after a long drive. I asked the staff for an adjustment in the cost of the room, but they said they could not do anything without Booking.com. So I’m asking Booking.com for an adjustment in the cost of the room..
