Clarion Inn near Lookout Mountain

You get what you pay for. This room was a place to sleep for 6 hours before continuing to our final destination. It is an older hotel that could definitely use a renovation but it was clean. The beds were not the best but I repeat you get what you pay for. The breakfast was being made as we were leaving. It smelt good but we did not wait for it to be done to try it

Towels should be bleached better. Room could have been cleaner.

The fire alarm was going off for a hour and there was no fire and no staff present to tell anyone what was happening. Phones werent connected in the room.

The location was great, very close to lookout mountain where we spent most of our time this trip. The staff were very friendly.

The air conditioner in our room seemed like it was broken, the motor was extremely loud, I didn't sleep much. There were black mold-lile spots in the shower. The smoke detector in our room wasn't connected, and the fire alarms in the hallway went off around 1am, the only reason we were aware was because I was already up and heard a faint alarm from the hall. We would never have known had I been able to fall asleep, but as I said, the Air conditioner was very loud.

Nice room to sleep for 1 night

The staff was friendly enough. The carpeting in the room was soiled. A dirty shirt was left in the room by a previous guest. Bedding was not the clranrst. The tub and walls were chipped. The breakfast biscuits were tough, eggs were not done properly. The breakfast selection amwas paltry. Parking was good. The price was low and now I can see why.
