Palihotel San Diego Gaslamp Quarter

Loved the staff, the decor, it is connected to a restaurant which is convenient, how they upgraded an old building but kept the character of the original!

Only one of the 2 elevators was operational and with 11 floors that was a bitmoji cumbersome.

Very cute and clean i liked the food and candy in the lobby

The upstairs would be nice if they did stuff in the winter, at least heaters

I really like the location, but the worst part for me is that there is not normal windows in the room so I couldn’t see sunlight daytime

Great beaux arts themed hotel. Everything looked clean and relatively new. The elevator is a bit cumbersome but quite original.

The heating didn't work properly, it stopped with an error after short heating cycle and one had to turn it off and on again. The front desk wasn't helpful, at 8:30pm the answer was "we put in an engineering ticket" and then hung up, but no one came. At 9pm the answer was "the technician is gone for today, he'll look into it tomorrow, we can send you an extra blanket", which they did.

The lift was really cool, and the decorations being old sailor themed were amazing. The Navy was a big part of my life and seeing the decor reflect sailing really made me feel welcome.

I think having an extra pair of blankets in the room would've been nice. The A/C was great but would not stay on the whole night and maybe sound proofing the windows to keep the nightlife ambient noise to a minimum.

Ottima posizione nel cuore di Gaslamp e a 7 minuti dalla marina. Letto ottimo e comodo. L'ascensore, seppur datato, è estremamente affascinante, apparentemente era l'ascensore più veloce degli USA all'inizio del 1900.
