The water pressure in the shower was very low.

The view from the Balcony was just "wow". The unit was deeply cleaned every day. Clean towel every day. Close walking distance to CBD. Parking provided

Because it's winter. It will be very good if you provide flour mat at the kitchen and at the toilets, so our feet don't feel so cold.

When we got the room made up, we felt as though it wasn’t properly ‘cleaned’ i.e bathroom

Staff were helpful and lovely. Our room was warm before we got there, was nice especially coming in from the cold. Plenty of space and our beds were comfortable.

I think it had just been freshly painted so the smell of paint was quite strong ... The pipes gave a great big rattle and shake through the wall i had to adjust the water temp for a bit to get it to stop sounding like it was gonna burst through the wall.... And parking under the building wasnt my fav either however i am greatful.

We recently stayed for three nights in a Superior Lakeview Two Queen Bed Room with Kitchenette and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel's central location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options. One small improvement would be brighter lighting along the buffet wall, as it was quite difficult to see some of the food selections during the darker winter mornings. Our room was comfortable and suited our needs well. However, as the room included a kitchenette, I had assumed there would be some form of cooking facility available, such as an induction cooktop, which would have been useful for preparing simple meals if needed. One area that was disappointing was the shower pressure, which was extremely low throughout our stay. We also felt that parts of the room, particularly the carpet and décor, were beginning to look dated and could benefit from a refresh. We ordered room service during our stay and were very impressed. The food was delicious, well presented, and exceeded our expectations. Parking was another challenge. We found it difficult to secure a space on Level 1 after 6pm, as many parks were already occupied. The issue was made worse by some larger vehicles overlapping into adjacent spaces, reducing the number of usable parks available. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The excellent location, friendly service, comfortable accommodation, and quality food made for a very enjoyable experience overall, and we would happily consider staying again.

The view in the morning, privacy & the bed was comfortable, location was close to everything, bus stop outside.

There was no kitchen. Even if you had a restaurant, ther stil couldof been a kitchen :)

Loved the lakeside views, super close to the Queenstown city centre, and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was tasty. Would happily stay again.
