Quality Inn & Suites Memphis East

There were abts EVERYWHERE in our room, including all over the bed, between sheets, and under pillows. There was a large cluster of ants on the w all next to the window by the bed.

The pool looked refreshing. It was really hot this past week. Pool side was pretty nice

Nice and clean rooms but ac unit wasn’t working as it should but overall it was a nice comfortable stay

First impression was seeing a trashy lawn area The floors were nice and you could tell efforts were being made to update the property however, everything that was touched by human hands was smuggie. I hated to touch anything. We just realized that you get what you pay for not what you think you saw on hotel web sight

The property was what we were expecting. Quiet and a great place to and from. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We appreciated the location and the breakfast. The area seemed shady but we had no problems and were pleasantly surprised.

Place was a dump prostitutes and crackheads was all around that places The furniture was old and stained the room smelled like smoke the hotel just was not for me

We just spent one night here, but it was a good experience.

There was so many things that I did not like. Makeup on the pillow. Crack in the mirror, furniture was all damaged, chair was filthy, sink faucet was broken, dirty diaper laying in the pool are
