"Overall Pleasant Stay"

Loved the location and the breakfast and Kamar the front desk associate when I checked in was absolutely wonderful...was asked by Housekeeping if I needed anything morning after my first night and I asked for extra towels and she brought them promptly as soon as they had gotten dried and folded..all staff were polite...loved the included breakfast....AND they had free on site parking!

The staff were ALL wonderful and a pleasure to work with. They were efficient and very helpful. At check-in, the gentleman at the counter took my driver's license and credit card but forgot to give me back my driver's license but then returned it to me in my room in the early evening hours. I hadn't missed it. The breakfast was VERY good and the Manager and her Assistant were very pleasant. We were happy to find that we could park our car just outside the property and hadn't expected that.

The elevator didn't work and was being repaired so we stayed in a room on the first floor which we thought was questionable. The rugs definitely needed to be updated. There was a strong odor of dog or something in the room and we could hardly see out the glass window because it was so "fogged up." It would help if the vacuum cleaner filters were cleaned or changed regularly as this might cut down on the odor. The coverings on the bed were very wrinkled but, honestly, we did get a good night's sleep. We chose to stay at this property because of its proximity to the Carter Presidential Museum which actually is very close. We probably would not stay at this property again.
