The room was pleasant to the eye and appeared to have enough amenities to be comfortable. One of the reasons we chose this hotel, it offered breakfast, as well as being downtown which we found out really wasn't what we were looking for. We were really looking for midtown.

There was no place to plug in our phones as one might expect today. The bed was very hard. The pillows looked fluffy until you lay down on them when they squished down to be very hard, flat and uncomfortable. The windows were thin enough that you could hear the highway, people driving down the road next to the hotel and people coming and going from their cars. It was very noisy. It took over 2 minutes for hot water to come up when wanting to wash your face or take a shower. When trying to open up the refrigerator it would pull out and off the shelf - was not connected in any way and not easily accessible. Breakfast was mostly as expected except that supplies were low or non-existent and it was only 8:30 in the morning. They still had 2 hours to serve. Some of the supposed hot food was not hot, lukewarm They did have a variety of fruit and bread items, cereal and the waffle machine.

The convenience of the stores and close proximity to the highway.

Majority of the plugs in the room didn’t work, the remote you couldn’t use all the buttons. And the timeliness of the front staff when a customer is checkin as g is out needs to improve drastically.

Location

Dirty, dusty, no shampoo, no conditioner, fridge plugged but door fully opened and not functioning, spots on the ceiling, everything dated, very noisy A/C just almost touching the bed, could not sleep well. So unshowered and no good sleep! Terrible experience!

The location was convenient

How it smelled in the hallway and that the toilet barely worked!
