"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"

We booked and paid online based off of information on the website and accompanying photos. When we arrived the room was nothing close to the photos. In addition the air did not work , several light fixtures did not work and the telephone to the front desk did not work. When we complained to the front desk about these issues we were told the pictures are for advertising and if we didn’t like our room he could check us out and we could go elsewhere. OT WAS 11pm AT NIGHT
