Room was very clean.

Breakfast eggs were hard and b potatoes were cold. Why no recycling bins?

Very disappointed with our stay, especially for $186 for one night. When we arrived, we checked the beds and found multiple hairs on the blankets that appeared to be pubic hair, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been properly changed. We also found a large stain on the mattress pad. The cleanliness issues continued throughout the property. The bathroom vent was covered in rust and looked poorly maintained, and the smell in the stairwell was unpleasant. We were also surprised to hear a dog whining across the hall shortly after check-in despite understanding that pets were not permitted on the second floor. The worst part happened as we were leaving—when the elevator opened, a cockroach ran out. Between the cleanliness concerns and seeing a cockroach, this stay did not feel worth the price paid. We understand hotels experience occasional maintenance issues, but clean bedding and pest control should be basic expectations. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.
