It’s a beautiful resort on the beach. They struggled at check-in. Rooms weren’t ready, long lines, and people at the desk were overwhelmed. Things got better. The pool area is wonderful, with a large kid-friendly pool and a quieter one for adults. The rooms are comfortable. We loved the bed. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool. Nice amenities in the rooms. I would’ve thought they would have more restaurants than they do. The food was good, but for more options you need to drive off the resort. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beach is easily accessible from the resort.

The rooms were very dirty, and the cleaning was poor. For this price, I had to wipe the floor myself because it was impossible to walk—there was sand and trash everywhere.
