Nice renovation. The building and rooms felt new and clean. Lots of easy parking. I did not try the restaurant or amenities as I was in and out for a quick work trip. There is a restaurant next door that I was told was “home style” food. Early check in was easy

New property with good swimming pool and jacuzzi

Some rooms have direct access to the pool area and management allows them to use the pool as their backyard. Pool area gets very crowded. People not staying at the hotel use it as well. Management does not control attendance well

"Location, Staff & Property All Top-Notch!"

We blew in and out of Des Moines with just a one night stay needed and opted for Hotel Renovo, as it was in the part of town we needed to be. The location was perfect - whether you are needing to be in West Des Moines, or need quick access to the downtown Des Moines area, Renovo is conveniently located. Additionally, the staff were SUPER friendly!!! The property itself was clean, offered a basic breakfast in the AM and bar in the evening and a heated indoor swimming pool, perfect for littles! It was a bit odd having a room with an indoor pool view and the room did smell like chlorine...I would suggest NOT getting a pool view room for those reasons! We would stay here again!
