Friendly staff, great location, good value for money

Cleanliness, bedding had some hair on them. Got them changed, staff were very accommodating. Breakfast options were very limited, mostly offering a selection of pastries, fruit and juice.

The rooms were fine, but I could say that about a chain hotel/motel.

Food was subpar. Soup was a bit better than canned; the curry word should not have been in the description. I have stayed at your hotel several times, the food was each and every time tasteless, lack of spice and heat. The variety on the menu might sound fancy or upscale, but it is not. If you stay for breakfast, it is again a disappointment of boxed muffins and super small containers of yogurt and other items were meh. The granola (homemade?) was crunched up granola bars broken up and baked. The 'chef' should be demoted or working for Applebee's and the like. Sorry dude but truth is truth.

Coffee served at breakfast was good. QUIET was wonderful - never heard another guest, a highway, etc. Cookies upon check in was a nice touch. Appreciated having our pet in the room - a couple of doggy bags in the room would have been nice and also direction about where to take him to go to the bathroom in the morning.

Cold breakfast: 1) make low fat milk available rather than just full fat whole milk 2) granola would have been good but was burned and not very good, 3) very little selection in the tiny fridge in the serving area. Coffee at breakfast was good. Bathroom: shower stall was not clean in the corners of the stall. Tea/coffee:There was nowhere to make tea and we arrived on a cold night. It would have been nice to have a coffee /tea maker in the room or at least a place in the lobby to make tea/coffee/hot chocolate. We needed a microwave to heat up our supper and there was none in the room.
