Beautiful building and rooms. Nice shower and lots of space.

Room was very hot, we had to open the windows to try to cool it down. Our thermostat didn't seem to work. And this was in April. Also there was a pile of dirt under the foot stool when we moved it even though at first glance the room looked clean. Lastly the breakfast was pretty minimal. We ended up just going out.

Bedroom not clean, hairs on bedsheets, shower wall and floors. Disappointing.

Liked the historical charm and unique design.

Besides paying to upgrade before I arrived to a 3rd floor room wasn’t advised elevator was out. Also the upgraded room wasn’t very comfortable. Tv should be on a bracket you can angle. Chairs in turret need replaced. Stained in very suspicious spots. Was sad the upgrade felt like a let down.

The location was perfect for getting around. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Housekeeping changed the towels but never made up our bed. The breakfast was only cold options. They did offer instant oatmeal packets and hot water.
