ITC Rajputana, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Jaipur

The room was good we had a pool facing one. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was buffet but you can order eggs to your liking. Bar was good and the club lounge access was worth paying for.

Nothing all good!

We stayed at ITC Rajputana, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jaipur for two nights. We have previously stayed at ITC hotels in Mumbai, where our experience was excellent. Based on that, we decided to choose the same brand for our stay in Jaipur.

Unfortunately, this property turned out to be a significant disappointment and does not match the standard we experienced at ITC in Mumbai. The room itself was acceptable, but quite small and cramped, with an unpleasant view overlooking a busy road. The room amenities were very basic for a hotel of this category. For example, the in-room coffee was a very cheap, low-quality instant coffee of a local brand — something one would not expect at a five-star hotel. The hotel overall feels worn and poorly maintained. Carpets in the common areas were noticeably dirty and clearly in need of deep cleaning, which negatively affected the overall impression of the property. Breakfast was another major disappointment. While, on paper, the selection seems complete for a five-star hotel, the quality was lacking: • cheese appeared dry and as if it had been sitting out for a long time; • pastries tasted stale or of very low quality; • pancakes and waffles were pre-cooked and left standing on the counter, drying out and becoming inedible; • fruits were bland and unappealing. Compared to our experience at ITC Mumbai, the breakfast here fell far below expectations. Overall, this hotel does not justify its five-star positioning or pricing. For the same money, there are better options available in Jaipur. After this experience, we will think carefully before choosing ITC again and may consider other hotel brands in the future.

Honestly think money was not worth it, more complementary snacks and drinks could have been included as well as lunch or dinner for the amount of money paid for!

Both breakfast and dinner included were great. There were a lot of options, and everything was very tasty.

Many additional paid services are too expensive.
