"They went over and above!"

Very friendly staff. Clean. Located just off I-81 We left behind a phone charger. They contacted us within hours and shipped if back to us!

Breakfast was a bit lacking.

Everyone was nice and helpful

Didn't know about the deposit fee before I checked in. It was a total inconvenience...but I made the proper adjusted measurements for my stay. It should be noted when booking a room

The location

The room was dirty. The sheet and pillow case was dirty had hair in bathtub told front desk nothing was done

Easy access from 81. Lots of places to eat near it.

The bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were small and shaped weird, useless for sleeping. The coffee in the breakfast area was cold, very disappointed in the breakfast. And most of all no where was it listed how much it cost per dog. Outrageous.

I've been staying at this property on a regular basis and I always enjoy the stay. Muscan at the front desk is the best. She has a great personality, is very caring and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of.

"Rough with the temperature in the room but very friendly staff."

Breakfast was fine for a motel. The staff was very nice, they went out of their way to make conversation, even late at night. Was very much appreciated.

A thermostat would've been nice. Obviously it's a motel so you get what you pay for.
