The hotel is wonderful and the staff very friendly

The only thing I didn’t like was a restaurant they recommended me called Verace. They referred to me as “Altro Che non sa nulla” and they yelled at another customer in front of me because he didn’t know how to order. It was a disgusting experience.

The place is in a good location and near the famous places, the lady in the morning who checked us in was so helpful supporting us with everything we need we definitely admire what she has done to us while we are there.

I checked out around 4:20 am the employer was trying to take advantage to charge me for things were added snaks drinks that I have not been asked to pay for when I checked in, I stayed in different hotels, drink and foods were in refrigerators, but no one asks us to pay for them. No one told us that if we eat them that we have to pay. I informed him that I am late for my flight and I need to catch the flight with no permission of me to run mycard without my permission. I requested him to share with me an email and I would pay, but instead he tried to take the amount and when my bank rejected this process then he shared with me an email to scure these payment. Other than that the hotel and the other staff members are awesome and friendly. Once I reach home I would definitely find a way to pay even though I was not told if I eat those snaks that I should be, if I had known that’ I would’ve not eaten any or used any.
