"Excellent stay"

Really great place to stay. Staff is mostly friendly and facilities are excellent. Only issue is getting ice. Seems to be a Greece issue altogether though. If you stay here or nearby, go to Costas and rent an atv for a day or two. It is an absolute must and super affordable. Few blocks away on the beach.

"Exceptional"

The hotel was really close to the ferry, and also close to several markets. We were able to buy groceries and any toiletries we needed at the market across the street. Cab rides into town were only 6 euros and all fancy dinners were under 40 euros per person. Overall I was really pleased with how far out money went there. We rode atvs for a full day for 20 euros, not to mention how beautiful the views were as well as the hotel and rooms. Negatives of this hotel were that the hotel rooms were on several different floors, we had to take to elevators and stairs to get to our room. Also the breakfast wasn’t as nice of a spread as we expected.

Wow Wow Wow! A surprise upgrade to the family suite, which was more like a private villa was absolutely delectable! Great vibe, beautiful people, greek island life at its pure best! #loveyouios

Service was good, nice at the dinner. The bathrooms did not smell very good, smell from the pips. The location was good and nice fitness possibility.

Property was in front of the beach which was great. The rooms were very plain but lots of room. If the hotel had been recently renovated it would be a 5 star. Staff was great, but the rooms needed updating. Pools were great and the views were amazing.

This hotel is amazing! The view is awesome. The rooms are clean.The Staff is friendly. The pool is beautiful. Close to the beach. This was the perfect hotel and if you stay anywhere else in Ios, you are missing out. Ios Palace For The Win!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and were always willing to go out of their way to make our stay a better experience. The first room they were going to put us in smelt very strongly of cigarettes and then they upgraded us to a nicer and bigger room. The new room still had a scent but was bareable. The breakfast was tasty and pools were clean.
