Quality Inn Auburn Hills - Detroit North

Bed was comfortable and location was good.

Where do I start, the room and hotel smelled like stale pot. The room did not even look like it was wiped down. The chair was gross there was dirt and dust. I wouldn't even shower in that room.

There were a lot of bedbugs. It was terrible. I kindly request a refund.

The pool was not open. The breakfast was trash. The rooms smelled bad. The bath tubs were peeling. The sink was cracked. There were spots in the ceiling in the rooms. The floors were sticky.

Location. Elevator was fast

Dirty. It seemed like they were trying to get by without updating/replacing anything. The towels were threadbare with holes. The shower curtain had holes. There were numerous holes in the room either from something removed from the wall or damage. The room smelled like smoke (not as bad as the initial room). The bedspread had stains on it (same as the initial room). The breakfast area had exposed drywall/mud. The t.v. was missing from the breakfast area. The breakfast was lukewarm at best. The outside had paint peeling off the facade.

How much time do you have? The carpet was not vacuumed well, felt dirty when walking on it. The sink in the bathroom did not drain and filled up just when brushing your teeth. The fan for the toilet and shower area was so loud you had to turn it off. HUGE damage to the back of the shower toilet door. Hotel hallways smelt stale and that they just sprayed air freshener, which was awful to mask the uncleanliness feel. The pillows were awful and had no fluff to them. Fan for the room was so loud couldn’t sleep. And the room felt humid the whole time and just dirty. I would NOT stay here again. And really question any Quality Inn stays. The property needs better managing upkeep/housekeeping as two people before us complained to the front desk about their stay. Won’t be going to any more Quality Inns.
