Beds were not comfortable Not much breakfast options need to get a waffle machine

Location, a place to sleep that is close to everything at the falls.

Property was undergoing renovations, room was not numbered low key did worry about the security as I had a room on the first floor

Pool times, closed to early, breakfast selection was very poor... staff kept disappearing

Well, this is our go-to place whenever we go to Niagara. You can park your car and walk everywhere. Nice, we had a renovated room! They are renovating as we speak. The hotel was getting very dated. Couple things they could improve on. Like see some kind of fruit at breakfast. There was none. Another thing is that microwaves in the rooms would be helpful. We will continue with this hotel in the future. We where comfortable.

Maybe some fruit at breakfast. Like to have microwave in room.

The location

The hotel was run down under construction and really messy, there was no hot water and front desk did nothing about it. The free breakfast was garbage cold food not a lot of variety have seen way better. The walls were peeling the carpet was bubbling up the showhead had electric tape wrapped around it. The air conditioning blew hot air and the beds were rough.
