O atendimento foi um dos grandes destaques da nossa estadia. Toda a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa, gentil e prestativa, sempre nos recebendo com simpatia e disposição para ajudar. O quarto também superou nossas expectativas: tinha um ótimo tamanho, era muito confortável, bem organizado e proporcionou uma excelente experiência durante a hospedagem.

O estacionamento gratuito disponível para os hóspedes fica um pouco distante do hotel, o que pode ser inconveniente. Por esse motivo, acabamos optando pelo serviço de valet, que é mais prático, porém tem um custo adicional. Outro ponto que vale mencionar, embora não seja responsabilidade do hotel, é que durante toda a nossa estadia o tempo esteve bastante nublado, com muita neblina, o que acabou impedindo que aproveitássemos a vista e a paisagem da região. Além disso, algumas áreas do hotel estavam fechadas devido à realização de eventos privados, limitando um pouco o acesso às instalações durante nossa hospedagem.
