"A decent stay."

Beautiful views and grounds. The facility itself is a bit older but in very good shape.

It felt a bit like a tourist resort in Mexico.

Location is great, valet service is quick and and easy, front desk staff is super helpful and friendly. On-site restaurant has amazing food and staff!!!

Every morning, super early, the housekeeping was banging around yelling, down the hallway, slamming doors and laughing and just being very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I had to get out of bed and open the door and shush them and ask them to please be quiet several times each morning. Also the first day I had to shower without a shower curtain because there wasn’t one. Lastly online it said valet nightly is $25 and it ended up being $30 nightly I showed the front desk the discrepancy upon checking out along with these other issues and all they said was oh ok I’m sorry I’ll let my supervisor know. I’m sorry but when you’re paying these rates for a relaxing luxury getaway, this is just not acceptable. Our friends were getting married next door at dolphin bay but they were sold out so we had no choice but to stay here unfortunately.
