The most noticeable is the noise level coming from the highway... they need to install double pane glass. While turned off, the overhead light flickered all night long. The carpets are due for cleaning. They dont have a breakfast attendant, so it can run empty, or get old. Breakfast area cleanliness gave me reason to pause, observe, and think twice about what I was eating.

Paid for queensize bed standard room. Was given a hole in the wall with a full size bed. Complained to staffand staff said I was wrong and that my room had a queen size bed because she made the bed up. The bed was clearly a full size and wasn't large enough for a couple. The room was tiny as ever and the bathroom LMFAO the toilet was broken the shower had no place to put our soap bottles. The mini fridge in the room had a block of ice where the freezer was supposed to be and the shelves were broken. This hotel was worse than the hotels in the worse hood in Chicago! Very very sad.

It was filthy. Mold everywhere in the room, dirt and dust in corners. And front desk lady knocked on the door almost 2 hours before checkout to see if we were staying another night or leaving! This has never happened before s any hotel I've ever stayed in
