Our hotel room was 63° when we got there I turned on the heat up to 80 and we woke up to it at 62 tons of cold air coming through the window

The breakfast was good. The pool was nice for the kids and warm in there. The young man running the desk was very nice and helpful. Appreciated his professionalism.

Dated. A lot of dated and missing amenities. There was an accidental coffee spill in the room with the three toddlers and my daughter. A towel was used to clean the mess. The next day when the room was cleaned I came to pick up my family we got the room for and was confronted by an older Indian gentleman I assume was the owner and he accosted us showing us his maid holding up the towel with the coffee stain in the hall way and proceeded to reprimand us on how to properly care for his linens in the hotel and he threatened to charge us for the extra work and ruined towel. I could NOT believe the audacity!!! Wth was she supposed to do? Leave the spill?!? Just thought this was very childish and unprofessional and we will never use this place again when our kids come to town.
