The toilet base was rusted and not secured to the floor - the refrigerator door was all rusted. We took out our own trash and had to get our own towels and toilet paper. Would never stay there again - very disappointed!!!!

We were greeted with warm smiling faces. Given a quick tour of the property then taken to our room. Room was very spacious, inviting and clean. Breakfast amenities was very nice Will return for sure!!!!

Breakfast was great. King Bed comfy. Pillows flat. Would stay again.

The staff was great. The property was great. I plan on staying here again.

Very average boutique property. The best thing about this property is its location. Walking distance to literally everything on the island. Rooms are mediocre, and the bathroom was very small.

First the good, the property outside was very nice. This is also a great location. Just a block off Duval. The pool was very nice and close to your room. The bad thing is that the rooms were kind of dirty. The first room had bugs in it so we had to move rooms. Apparently it is a common issue according to Google reviews too. Just like so many places in Key West, they just simply don't care because they know people will book it. If this place was anywhere else it would never rent.

We only stayed one night here because our original hotel was full the day that we arrived, but we had a decent stay. The room was a little small, and had a tiny shower but it had great water pressure, so it made up for its size! The bed was not very comfortable, and we did not sleep well even though we were exhausted from traveling all day. The inside of the room could use a bit of updating but overall it was a fine experience (our second hotel was definitely an improvement than our one night stay here). The complimentary breakfast was okay but definitely could have been better!

Close to everything, beautiful space and room, very inviting and the price was reasonable.

The most amazing Key West Tropical feel! Our Cottage faced the pool, it was so tranquil and quiet! Location was perfect. In true Key West fashion the street parking could be an issue so get ready for a little walk back to the property. Also the breakfast was totally lacking and mostly everything out of a box except the fresh fruit. Overall I would totally come back to this property due to its beauty, location, and overall vibe! The employees are absolutely fantastic as well!
