Inn at Grand Glaize

The ppl that worked there were nice.

The place is falling apart, not sure how ppl stay there . The air conditioning smells and the rooms smelled like mold. The carpet was dirty, paint peeling everywhere. The ice machines were extremely dirty, all the windows looked like they have not been clean in a long time. Outdoor bathrooms were absolutely disgusting.

We left after 20 minutes and went somewhere else The room smelled bad like mold I didn’t ask for a refund and it wasn’t offered

Easy to check in and plenty of parking. The room is spacious, hot water, comfortable beds and pillows. Lori is an amazing staff member east to deal with and made sure to make things right.

This stay the room had a very musty odor. When asked about switching room was told none available even though I could still book a room from many travel sites. I went to Walmart and got vent air fresheners. The next morning woke to rain and the carpet by the ac and window were wet. The window was also leaking. I took photos and videos to show staff (Lori). Not sure they were aware of leaking which explains the smell. Also the gym didn’t have ac and a lot of equipment broken I know most people don’t work at lake but incase you do.

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The building smelled nice and was overall fairly clean.

The shower wasn’t properly cleaned there was still soap on the shower walls from a previous guest. The railing on our balcony needed repair. The fencing on it was broken. The building could use some updating and repairs. The tv wasn’t able to be used because everything buffers because of slow WiFi.
