The pool and hot tub, rooms, staff, grounds… so pretty

Overall, it’s impressive!

The carpets need updated. Also, I could hear the people above me walking late at night.

The bar tender on the lower level was amazing. Unfortunately, the overall stay was not pleasant at all but he was able to at least provide us with excellent customer service and a great time.

Throughout my stay, the staff were not friendly and created an unpleasant experience. I requested and accommodation to have two beds in the suite, and although I got a confirmation stating that the request was accepted I was only provided one. When asked basic things like, how to get to the pool, how to access the restaurant on their advertisement board, and where we could find the sauna, on multiple occasions I and my group was told "I don't know" and staff members would just walk away from us. There is a long list of issues regarding customer service from feeling like the staff was being bothered when trying to check in, to the pool staff accusing me of trying to host a impromptu birthday party due to me having a balloon, to the manager being called after a simple request was made. The overall experience made me and my group feel unwelcomed and ultimately unhappy. Because this was a staycation, one of our guests decided to just not stay at the resort as it was so unenjoyable.

It was a very pretty facility.

The hot tub wasn’t open but we got in late so that’s to be expected

Lovely grounds. Will play golf next time. Courses look beautiful. Outdoor pool was great but would be better if there was a hot tub outside.

Indoor pool was cloudy so not sure how well it is maintained. The was no hot tea available in the room, only coffee.

Wonderful conference, excellence selection of food and snacks. The conference area was very spacious and lovely in appearance.
