Loved the pool and swim up bar. Great location. Very comfortable room

Room had a little bit of a bug spray smell and shower didnโ€™t have the water pressure that I would have liked.

Loved the pool and it was steps from the sea wall staff was very nice and they allowed pets!

The maid service could have been better did not sweep sand from room refill tissue box or put new liner in ice bucket etc. I was also double charged and it took 24 hrs to reissue funds

We love this hotel, itโ€™s our second time staying here. Really appreciate the amazing staff. Especially Cynthia at the front desk! She helped me personally a few times, and Iโ€™m very grateful. Our room was nice, housekeeping was great. Love the pool! Also itโ€™s such a great location. The Summer Activities board in the lobby was really great for kids too!

Courtney, Activity Director turned these frowns upside down with her fast paced, super fun, night glow scavenger hunt! Hilton Galveston has been outstanding on all fronts, location, customer service, friendly attentive staff, fun activities and cleanliness. Stay here, no regrets!

What a great hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were very comfortable and the food is good. We also had a great time playing trivia with Courtney with their activities team.
