The hotel was very good and conveniently located. Approximately 90% of the staff were professional, friendly, and provided excellent service. the management of the pool area was disappointing. Guests were required to pay for drinks immediately at the poolside rather than having the charges added to their room account. Furthermore, the staff member responsible for this area was discourteous and handled such requests in an unprofessional manner. Aside from this issue, my overall experience was good to excellent.

Business is all about personnel. The staff is of high caliber , professionals , and with a genuine interest for their work despite the hardship that the hotel industry is facing in the region at this time.
