Holiday Inn Express Boston North-Woburn by IHG

Breakfast was good and as expected with the typical offerings including some hot entrees. Room was clean, location convenient to freeways. After a long driving day, the attached Chateau restaurant was a welcome amenity.

Good location for highway access and retail/services across the street. Breakfast was good. Nice linens.

A bit loud in rooms and could use some updating/maintenance.

Location, easy to get to w/o getting on the highway.

The window had no blinds and the frosted covering on it did not keep out enough light. It felt like a light was on inside the room. Waking up during the night made it seem like it was daylight outside and hard to gage what the actual time was. Very distracting especially sleeping in the bed next to the window. The phone in our room had no jack, so no connection. When we spoke to maintenance he told us, no phone jack, but did ask if we wanted another room. We went to the desk when in need of something.

It was clean. The location was great .

It was under construction so the hot tub was out of order . The rooms were very small.

Newly renovated comfortable rooms. Great Italian restaurant attached to the hotel. Very convenient to the highway.

The elevator was a bit loud and jerky.

Front desk staff very friendly and the location is outstanding
