Holiday Inn Express Boston North-Woburn by IHG

Location is great and close to a lot of good options.

Waited 40 minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk and there was a paper sign that said “someone will return shortly.” Asked to get some compensation for the check in delay since we had already driven 19 hours to get there and we got there at 3 am. I was told multiple times that they would ask their manager and yet nothing was done.

Noise from interstate highway

It was very clean compared to other places I've stayed. They also gave us a bag of goodies when we checked in which was super sweet.

The property was better when they changed me to a redone room on 5th floor

Unfortunately the toilet in room was very low and they told me even inADA room all toilets where the same. The second bed was very very close to wall very hard to get into and out. Bathroom floor was never cleaned and also the shower wasn’t cleaned during my stay. Table next to be never cleaned during my stay

Breakfast is awesome.! Room service is awesome! front desk people were very nice. Rooms were really nice and clean. I give it 100%.
