Location was convenient. Front desk lady was super nice. Accommodated us on 1st floor as elevator wasn’t working. Beds were comfortable but the room (#109) smells like a wet dog. Triggered my asthma, unfortunately.

Elevator wasn’t working, outdoor lights & sign wasn’t working, very dark parking lot area.

"Ok, but not for the price."

Our room was close to the front door.

Breakfast was cold. Milk was warm. Not very friendly at the front desk. Holiday Inn Express has you beat all the way around.
