"Great stay"

We stay frequently at Hilton properties. First time stay at this property. We had a nice room, it was very clean and quiet. Had a little hiccup with the air-conditioning, and the manager came up right away and fixed it. The service was awesome, friendly breakfast staff, and the breakfast area was immaculate. Will stay here again.

"Great Hotel"

Excellent stay! Quiet property located off the Interstate. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, the lobby was inviting and well-appointed. The guest room in tip-top shape. Above all is the Front Desk personnel. Searcy (female desk clerk) was courteous, kind and helpful. Undoubtedly, with her attitude and attention to detail, she will advance in her career. I highly recommend that you stay at this property.

"Great Hampton in Tuscaloosa "

Great Hotel. Pet friendly. Gym with dumbells and an adjustable bench which was great. Breakfast was very good. Hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable. This was an excellent stop on our family trip. Friendly staff at front desk. It was right across from a Harley dealer which was really cool. I picked up a shirt and chip before we hit the road.

"We love Hampton Inns. The service & cleanliness were great."

The breakfast was good. Staff were great. It was very clean. Nice big room. Loved the shower nozzle was adjustable.

This property was superior. Spotlessly clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The reception desk person was welcoming. As an added bonus, we took his advice and ate at the Mexican restaurant that was in walking distance — it was great!

"Terrible"

Location was convienient to highway

$75 Extra expense for dog not disclosed until after booking. Extremely noisy walls thin and heard everyone’s conversations and private noises clearly. Trash was picked up around 3 am and huge metal container was dropped sounding like a bomb went off and rattling the windows. Staff not responsive. Breakfast waffle machine broken.
