Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Potomac Mills Woodbridge

There was no hot water in my room so I was unable to take a shower. When I reported this to the front desk, I was told that they would look into the problem and that meanwhile I would just have to wait. After an hour I had still not been updated so decided to leave. I informed the woman at the front desk, who asked if I wanted to try another room. At that time I just wanted to get back on the road. I was also told she could not offer any discount to my room rate, at which time I left.

Very clean and staff were polite and professional.

The hotel was very clean and looked like it had been recently updated. It was rather sparse as far as decorating. There were no pictures on the walls and very little to make it appear inviting.

It felt a little institutional and it was very difficult to get into the parking lot. There was a very small entrance and it was blocked by long lines of traffic. The breakfast was nothing to write home about.
