Bed was pretty comfortable

Pool and breakfast was the main reason we booked here. When I arrived, pool was "under maintenance" and staff said I didn't get the free breakfast "package" which was the main thing I was looking for so I find that hard to believe. Floors in the room were dirty, there was hair on the bath towel, ice machine was broken and the key didn't work half the time to get in from outside. Other guest let us in. When I complained about anything. The response was "you booked through 3rd party, nothing we can do" that's not a reason to not take responsibility for your facility and not make the customer happy.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating

The hot water could’ve been a little hotter because I took a shower and it was just warm water. It wasn’t hot so I was disappointed with that because I like hot showers and then the door kept jamming so I called for Maintenance to come and fix the door, but Maintenance never came.

The toilet was stopped the rooms old , it just felt unclean and the staff didn’t have sanitizer I had to wait for 1 maintenance man that was operating between 2 properties it was horrible I will never stay there again
