"Adequate hotel in great location"

Great location in Downtown Tempe. Clean room and comfortable bed ( tho very high to climb into!).

Bit scruffy, lack of decent TV channels.

The pool was out of order for the night. There was sugar ants in the room. None the less, the room was the perfect size for my crew.

Nothing really, our concerns were met and we were accommodated by the staff. I just wish they had breakfast

Location.

Exterior cleanliness. Bird poo all over the exterior. ( did see maintenance hosing a particularly bad area the day I left) Pool area could be cleaner, bins not emptied.

Location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice pool area

Nothing except our bathroom could have used some repairs. The sink was super slow to drain, the tub drain was very poorly caulked, pealing & rusty looking paint on bath door trim. It was very clean though!
