Close to train station, big room and decent breakfast.

On main road with wide alley behind. Road and pedestrian noise early and late and with windows open for a breeze on hot nights it can get loud.

"Wohlfühloase am Rand der Augsburger Altstadt"

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr reichhaltig und vielseitig, von Müsli bis Brötchen, von Fruchtsaft bis Cappuccino, von Eiern bis Omelette gab es einfach alles. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist sehr angenehm und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Besonders gefiel uns die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals beim Frühstück. Außerdem wurde unser Wunsch nach einem Zimmertausch nach der ersten Nacht erfüllt: Wir wechselten von der Straßen- zur Innenhof-Seite, wo es dann auch etwas ruhiger war. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Der Zugang ist günstig und gut beleuchtet, man fühlt sich auch am späten Abend dort sicher. Gegenüber parken Taxis.

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Altstadt bedingt leider auch ein erhöhtes Aufkommen von feiernden jungen Menschen, besonders am Wochenende, dafür kann das Hotelpersonal natürlich nichts.
