rude front desk, Leslie is a rude person who treats you like garbage. also it said city view, that was not true. it said it had a coffee machine also not true. it said a upgraded bathroom also not true. and they put me in a sister room where i could hear the people next to me the whole night!

The hotel was lovely. Our room was very nice and felt modern, staff were very accommodating. All things in the actual hotel were great. Our issue was we didn’t feel particularly safe staying in the area. The streets were very empty and lots of drug use/homelessness in the area. It was unnerving walking between the hotel and the market
