"It was a pleasant surprise. I expected bad. But it was ok."

The property staff was very welcoming. We loved our room 301. It was quirky as it had an inside balcony overlooking the amazing pool and entertainment area. We were worried that it would be noisy. But it wasn’t. Everything shut down at 10pm. I would suggest this property to sports teams or family gatherings. Great breakfast too.

It’s under renovation. But not bothering me.

The Staff were very kind and knowledgable about the city (Red Deer) Anyone we asked, give wonderful recommendations for shopping & restaurant locations as well. I was travelling with my service dog (Remus Oak), and they made everything easy & accessible for us both!! I will definitely be choosing them again :) Sincerely Alice Leyk & Remus Oak Leyk

"Perfect, short stay and within minutes of everything needed"

Stay was great, hotel and staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Clean lobby and rooms, pretty pool area. Complimentary breakfast buffet was great.

The walls are a little on the thin side. The hotel under renovations and a long hike to the rooms from the lobby at the time we went.

"Would return again for the staff. Maybe bring a high plastic chair for the hot tub."

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Felt welcomed the minute we stepped in the door.

There are no seats in the hot tub and it's a pool ladder to climb in and out. Little too deep for us shorter people, you overheat fast. And no where to sit to relax.
