All of the staff were absolutely lovely and a pleasure to interact with. At breakfast, Om truly went above and beyond — he even served me my coffee before putting it out because I was waiting for it to finish brewing. It was such a small gesture, but it made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hotel has a saltwater pool in the centre atrium, which my room overlooked. I didn’t use the pool, but it was really nice not to smell chlorine, and the atrium added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. My room was very clean and comfortable. I also appreciated that the extra pillow and blanket were wrapped in plastic, giving me the extra comfort of knowing they were clean. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with warm, friendly service. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend the Baymont by Wyndham in Red Deer.

The beds were clean and comfortable.

Everything was so dirty. The walls, doors, floors, carpets, stairwells. Lots of shady people around. The outside looked like a dump.
