Amazing hosts! Extremely helpful and attentive. The breakfast was really good and we felt very well looked after. Such a special place in a really beautiful spot! Could not beat the view from the doorstep!

Fantastic location, 2 minutes walk to town, restaurants and bars. Excellent breakfast with great options. Room perfect for short break with everything you could need. Andy is an incredible host with nothing being too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending Cambridge Villas and will certainly try to book again when returning to Ambleside.

The parking situation in Ambleside is a bit chaotic but reasonable costs if lucky to be able to hire a parking spot. My bad for not realising that Andy could have provided parking.
