I could not stay. And I’m STILL waiting for my refund. This company REALLY disappointed me, as I always look for BW first. NEVER AGAIN! Poor customer service! I EVEN paid extra for travel insurance, just in case the weather was too bad to drive. WHICH IT WAS!

Didn’t like the bathroom, it was dated, the toilet was very low to the floor, and the tub had a patch in it?
