Personal war super freundlich, hat uns ein Upgrade gegeben. Zudem durften wir früher ins Zimmer.

Das Zimmer ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Public area des Hotels hätte ein bisschen einladender aussehen können.

"Lovely room in old Suzhou close to all the Old Town amenities but on a quiet street by the canal."

Lovely sized room for us and our grown up daughter - very comfortable and relaxed.

Would have been nice to have had a bar of some sort for relaxing after a day out

Das Hotel ist zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Wenn man die entsprechenden Apps installiert hat gute Chancen die Lodge zu finden. Taxi kann nicht vor das Hotel fahren weil Weg zu eng..

Musste bar bezahlen weil Weixin Pay nicht funktionierte. Wurde für die Behördenanmeldung fotografiert trotz Reisepass. Quittung gab es trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung nicht. Da war dann das Englisch des Peronals nicht ausreichend. Lichtsteuerung auch durch AI möglich. Verstand leider kein Baierisch.

Tout, l'accueil tout le personnel est super et arrageant. Ils m'ont aidé pour plein de chose. La chambre traditionnel et très confortable. Alors que dire de l'emplacement en plein coeur de la vielle ville a 100 mètre. Un cadre hors du temps. Je recommande à 100%

"Super séjour"

Lodge très confortable et au calme. Une très belle chambre avec vue sur le canal. Un emplacement exceptionnel pour visiter à pied les jardins, les musées et très proche de la rue piétonne très animée. A l'accueil très aidants pour la réservation des musées et surtout le jour du départ pour négocier avec le taxi notre transport à Shanghaï. Nous avons pu aussi donner notre linge à laver. Nous recommandons fortement cette pension de famille et les remercions de leur aide et leur accueil.

Rien à signaler.
