Beliggenheten var helt perfekt, midt i det historiske område, og samtidig litt tilbaketrukket fra turiststrømmen. Personalet på hotellet ga god og nøyaktig informasjon om ankomst og hvordan man skulle finne stedet. Jeg mistet en verdigjenstand i bilen da vi reiste fra stedet, og personalet gjorde alt de kunne for å hjelpe til, så jeg fikk den tilbake. Utrolig hjelpsomme og hyggelige! Hit kommer vi gjerne tilbake!

Aunque cuando llegas te da la sensación que te has equivocado ya que x fuera el edificio se ve viejo en un canalito... en cuanto cruzas la puerta.... maravilla. Las habitaciones son preciosas , limpias y totalmente renovadas. Su ubicación perfecta a dos pasos de la calle pingjiang desde donde llegas a los principales puntos de interés El personal es súper súper amable y te facilitan toda la información que necesitas. UN ACIERTO

The location is great as it is near the Pingjiang street where all the local happenings are situated. Next to the hotel lobby is a Hanfu shop where we also engaged in their service for a day of being ancient chinese people. The best part of this hotel is Xiao Mu, the hotel concierge/host. He has been more than hospitable, providing so many useful tips and was patient while helping us out as we are a group of 11 people. We also love the tatami beds on the 2nd floor!

Perhaps they can try to clean up the place a little bit better (windows). Other than that, it's all great for us.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet établissement. Tout était parfait : l'accueil adorable, l'emplacement de l'hôtel au bord des canaux, la décoration et la propreté de la chambre. Un grand merci.
