The room was clean, beds very soft, and staff was nice and respectful. The pool was open and clean. I enjoyed my stay and because the prices aren't bad I would stay again next time. I rated a 3 however because I had a broken lamp, the water pressure was low and I can tell that since the last time I stayed there, 10 yrs ago, there hasn't been much update. Also the cleaning staff could do a better job cleaning in the places most ppl dont see, like behind the bed or desk. I dont open drawers or cabinets in hotel rooms but I will from now on. When I rent a room, I expect for that room to be free of the person there before me. I should not find broken lamps, makeshift ash trays or other items that may or may not be illegal. This could cause a number of problems for the next guest staying in the room that wasn't cleaned properly.

The room was dirty, including the floors, sheets had stains and dead bugs were on the pillow cases and sheets. I was given only flat sheets and pillow cases to change the bedding myself!

Floor was dirty...wife's socks were extremely dirty indicating that floors had not been mopped ..desk clerk was unconcerned when advised of unclean floors!!
