Econo Lodge Princeton

I was assigned to a nonsmoking room that was surrounded by rooms containing guests who were allowed to smoke. The smoke odor permeated my nonsmoking room and was unpleasant for someone who has allergies and strongly dislikes the smell of smoke. There were burn holes in the bedspread and loose cermaic tiles in the bathroom.

The room was just ok.

The lobby facility was poor. Lobby was dirty. Check in desk was behind plexi glass sheets with just one little opening to customer. It looked like a party store in a high crime location. Door to lobby was dirty. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but wasn't. Would not have eaten there anyway.

Was pretty grungy

When I arrived to check in for my pre-paid stay they did not have my reservation, offered no explanation, apology, or help. The couch in the lobby was too dirty to sit on. It was late and dark; I was traveling alone and felt very vulnerable. The lack of empathy was appalling.

A no frills hotel that has a friendly staff. I stay here sometimes when I go to see my daughters family. I'm looking for a place to lay my head and this place fits the bill.

It was dirty in every way. The smoke alarm on ceiling was wrapped with a bag. The floor and trim around toilet and tub were dirty. Bath mat looked like it had never been cleaned. Walls and baseboard all scuffed up. We were hoing to take the loss and leave, but decided to try and sleep and leave as early as possible. I couldn't believe Expedia would represent this motel and allow their customers to purchase a room like this. I took pictures gor proof of my complaints.

that it had hot water

The hotel is rundown. Staff is not on site all the time no breakfast the room stunk it was a horrible stay. I was there for my son’s wedding and all the hotels are booked so I couldn’t even go somewhere else to stay.

Although staff was courteous they haven't offered free breakfast for years just coffee yet listing promotes free breakfast. The table in the room was unstable. The bolts were so loose. I had to hand tighten them, and still didn’t feel comfortable putting my computer on the table. It was nice to be on the main floor, but there is no sound in insulation when someone walks on the second floor at five in the morning. The sofa in the lobby had a sheet over it and the bushes and trees at the front of the motel, looked like they hadn’t been trimmed at least all year. If there weren’t cars in the parking lot, I would’ve thought the place was abandoned.
