Friendly staff and very good location.

Pool was not serviced properly and looked like dirty bath tub ring around the tiles hot tub filter is always full. I end up emptying it. They need to fire the pool service guy, he’s collecting a check n not doing his job. I’ve watched him many times

Pool n hot tub not serviced and clean. Pool man uses chemicals n leaves doesn’t empty filters or pool sweeps. Security gate lock for pool doesn’t work. Vagrants come in and bathe in pool. Cost of eggs has gone down, for 2 months no eggs for breakfast, bacon textured like cardboard. The messed up thing is some rooms the tv doesn’t work, but there’s no break in price. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy my time there, and that’s why my review, so they can fix what’s wrong so I will continue to choose this place. I’ve told the day manager several times but nothing changes with the pool. As much as the pool service people make, I’m sure someone else would be more than glad to have this job, that the regular guy won’t do

Checked in April 26th at night. Guy behind desk had zero knowledge of process for check in. He had to call 4 times with questions, while telling me it's a system update and I need to just sit and wait. Check out morning of 27th, breakfast supposed to be at 7am. Multiple guest still waiting at 7:50am with no front desk service or breakfast. While checking out I asked for a check out slip or recipient to show i was checked out on time. The "manager phillip"- as he claimed himself, was extremely rude and hostile about the situation. He told me I could call corporate and then told me he won't give me their number becouse "I work for them not you. Why would I give it to you"

The pool area is not being serviced by the local hired pool guy. The hot tub filters are always full, I end up emptying them. He pours in chemicals but doesn’t use the pool broom. The hot tub n pool has a bacteria “ring around the tiles. Like dirty bath water. The security gate doesn’t lock. As a result , the homeless use it for bathing.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Outdated and grimy, stained curtains, dull grey towels mold y grout in bathroom did not change sheets or make up bed no room servicing of any kind except for swapping out towels ,absolutely filthy carpet would never return

Horrible service. Arrived and opened up the sofa bed that still had the linen from the past guests. Second night needed toilet paper and they said they would be up with it and they never showed up. Thank God for napkins. Shower was iffy on the hot water. Air conditioner did not work. Nowhere conditioner in the living room. Continental breakfast was horrible. I did not like the owners hanging out side of hotel smoking.

Breakfast was pretty good. Room flooded out by water leak.
