The hotel smells at not fully clean the beds weren't comfortable the bathroom shower Parts Broken and the room bad smell

I should have left before check-in but i was so exhausted. The rooms looked like a boarding house or a jail cell. Dirty, smelly just a mess . Not an update in sight. I didn't read the reviews prior and wish i had. Just stay away people.

Stay away, the room is not cleaned. Smoke Smelly that bad for non-smoking room.

Very dirty. Towels dirty, tub dirty, etc

First off, there was a dirty wash towel left hanging on the shower head handle. The bath and hand towels looked like they had been used to clean the floor, wrung out, left to dry, then folded and placed back for guests. I have pictures to prove it. This hotel is not maintained at all. When I asked for clean towels, the staff told me, “This is a 2-star hotel, what do you expect?” That is completely unacceptable. At the very least, I expect basic cleanliness, proper linens, and some effort in making guests feel valued. Instead, I was told the “clean” sheets and towels might have burn marks, holes, and stains. Seriously? Don’t stay here. I tried to save a little money because my son goes to college nearby, but I’ve learned it’s worth paying more for a place that provides respect and basic standards. Even Super 8 has treated me better. This place is not worth the stress or disappointment. I want my money back.

Black mold on the bathroom ceiling, now trying to get refund & the hotel literally just won’t answer their phone. Don’t even waste your time here

Tv not working, phone not workiing, wntire hotel smelled. No coffee! Or coffee machine, no restrooms. Ill be willing to pay morenext time. Staff was excellent thou and properly dressed!

Dingy, no food nearby, not the best
