The dryer needs to be replaced or repaired As long as staff provides cleaning supplies I don't mind cleaning my room

"We did not stay The room was so disgusting that we got in our car and left. Not beforewe told the front end clerk about"

Everything. Our room smelled terrible. It was like walking into a brick wall. The Musty Oder was UNBEARABLE. We couldn’t stay in the room for more than a minute. The was also a strong formaldehyde oder. To top it off the comforter had cigarette burns in it.

"I wouldn't stay there again, it was an extremely dirty place :("

We were able to get a few hours of sleep

They didn't have the non-smoking rooms available that we requested but the biggest issues, were: Hair in the shower and on the sink Mold in the corner of the bathroom, Rips in the carpet Mattress was nasty Bedding had a lot of stains

"Horrible disgusting hotel"

Nothing

None of the lights worked, heat didn’t work, bed had cigarette holes and stains. We left and found a new hotel
